AAVE experienced a decline of 3.5% in the CoinDesk 20 index. However, there are significant developments regarding Zcash (ZEC). The adoption rate of encrypted addresses has reached about 20-25%. Additionally, 30% of transactions involving Zcash are conducted through encrypted pools.

The Zashi wallet has enhanced privacy standards by making encrypted transfers the default option. This shift is normalizing privacy practices.

Project Tachyon, led by Sean Bowe, aims to significantly enhance efficiency by enabling private transactions to be conducted thousands of times per second.

On the other hand, Zcash has surpassed Monero in market capitalization, becoming the largest privacy-focused cryptocurrency.
