Chainlink Whales Continue to Accumulate 40 Million Tokens

Recently, there has been a noticeable increase in Chainlink (LINK) investments. According to the data, large investors are continuing to accumulate LINK heavily. A report from the crypto analytics platform Santiment indicates that whale and shark wallets holding between 100,000 and 1 million LINK have made significant purchases in recent months.

This group of investors has accumulated an amount that shows a significant increase of approximately 40 million LINK or %28 over the past 12 months. It is also noted that the number of wallets has increased by 103 during the same period. According to Santiment data, a total of 12.9 million LINK (a %7.6 increase) has been accumulated in the last 6 months, and 8.7 million LINK (a %5 increase) in the last 3 months. Since September alone, 2.8 million LINK has also found its place in wallets.

These data indicate that investors are optimistic about the price of Chainlink in the medium and long term. The on-chain analysis platform Lookonchain has also revealed a similar situation, reporting that two major investors withdrew significant amounts of LINK from exchanges in the last 24 hours. The whale at address 0xf386 withdrew 62,207 LINK (approximately 1.07 million dollars) from the OKX exchange, accumulating a total of 1.1 million LINK (19 million dollars) over the last 5 months. Another whale with address 0xe8aa withdrew 66,113 LINK (1.14 million dollars) from Kraken and has collected 307,684 LINK (5.34 million dollars) in the last month.

All these developments indicate that a accumulation process is taking place ahead of a possible rise in LINK price. According to analysts, the fact that whales continue to buy at these levels is a strong indicator of sustained long-term confidence in the cryptocurrency market.
