In the capital of Venezuela, Caracas, at around 02:00 local time, at least 7 explosion sounds were heard. According to eyewitness accounts, these sounds echoed in various parts of the capital, causing the public to panic and take to the streets.

After the explosions, many residents of various neighborhoods left their homes and went outside, while in some areas the explosion sounds could be clearly heard even from a distance, increasing the panic.
