Measures Taken on Borsa İstanbul

Borsa İstanbul has decided to implement preventive measures regarding three stocks in order to reduce volatility in the market following recent inspections. These measures are being implemented to ensure that investors can trade safely within a legal framework.

Volatility-Based Measure System (VBTS)

According to the announcement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the measures to be implemented under the Volatility-Based Measure System (VBTS) will be effective starting from October 10, 2025. As of this date, the gross settlement system will be used for two stocks: DOF Robotik (#DOFRB.E) and Gimat Mağazacılık (#GMTAS.E). Transactions will continue until November 7, 2025.

Stock Subject to Order Package Measure

Additionally, shares of Dünya Holding (#DUNYH.E) will also be subject to a similar measure. An order package measure will be in effect for this stock. The order package measure includes restrictions such as limitations on market orders and limit order entries. Furthermore, there will be restrictions on quantity reductions and price deterioration in order cancellations. These measures aim to provide a more organized trading environment in hectic market conditions.
