- İş Bankası (ISCTR) sold its shares in Greeneco Enerji to its subsidiary, İş Enerji Yatırımları. It is learned that $20 million of the sale will be paid in cash, while the remaining amount will be collected in 2026.
- Türk Altın (TRALT) signed a cooperation protocol with Taşzemin Madencilik to process 8.1 million tons of ore to be extracted from the Altın+Gümüş mining site in Eskişehir at the Kaymaz Gold Facility.
- Türk Prysmian Kablo (PRKAB) announced that it has won the tender organized by TEİAŞ and received a contract invitation. The total amount of the tender has been determined as 934.25 million TL.

Global Market Developments
In global markets, the Fed's December minutes revealed divisions among officials, leading to a mixed outlook. The Fed sees further interest rate cuts as possible if inflation continues to decline as expected. The Chinese economy, on the other hand, showed better performance than expected at the end of the year, with a recovery in the manufacturing sector, as the Official Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) rose to 50.1 in December.
