📈 Financial Transactions and Bond Issuances

• #ARCLK: Arçelik issued bonds with a maturity of 1 billion TL 367 days.
• #CRDFA: Creditwest Factoring has decided to issue debt instruments of up to 100 million TL.
• #QNBTR: QNB Finansbank issued a $370 million loan facility abroad with a term of $30 million.
• #YKBNK: Yapı Kredi Bank issued debt instruments abroad with a term of 370, 372 and 373 days in the amount of 60 million, 40 million and 12 million dollars, respectively.
• #VAKBN: VakıfBank provided syndication loans with a maturity of 367 days, amounting to 472 million dollars and 487 million euros. The cost of the loan was explained in US Dollars and Euros as Sofr+1.60% and Euribor +1.35%, respectively.

🏭 Investments and Operational Improvements

• #AYGAZ: Aygaz announced that it will gradually move its plant located in Gebze OSB to the factory building in Toprakkale in 2025 and 2026.
• #ALARK: Altek Alarko, a subsidiary of Alarko Holding, has decided to establish a new company to operate in the energy storage systems sector.
