🔍 Financial Developments and SPK Applications

#ATEKS: 1C has been given additional time to disclose the financials. The appeal in the case was denied, the appeal was appealed.
#KLRHO: The additional period for 1C finances was found appropriate by the SPK.
#AKBNK: The issuance of USD 20 million debt instruments with a maturity of 546 days will be completed.
#BALSU: An application was submitted to SPK for a merger with its subsidiary Balsu Nuts.

#BIENY: The decision was made to issue rental certificates up to 1 billion TL.

#CGCAM: Received an order for solar glass worth 38.6 million TL from Oyak PV Panel.
#CWENE: A contract worth 5.6 million USD was signed with its domestic customer.
#EUREN: Trial production at Solar Glass Factory completed, shipment started.
#GENIL: Three installment investment plans announced.
#LINK: Products and software orders worth 302,6 million TL were received with Aselsannet.
#OZATD: A contract of 13.6 million euros was signed. The previous contract of USD 3 million was USD 3.7 million.

💸 Loans & Financing

#ISCTR: A syndication loan of USD 751 million and EUR 513.5 million with a maturity of 367 days was provided (SOFR + 1.60%/Euribor + 1.35%).
#YKBNK: Yapı Kredi Bank Deutschland's capital was increased from 65.5 million euros to 95.5 million euros.

#THYAO:
- May 2024: Total number of passengers increased by 5.1% to 7.6 million. The occupancy rate is 81.1%.
- January-May: Total number of passengers increased by 3.7% to 33.9 million. The occupancy rate is 81.2%.
