BitMine Immersion Technologies, one of the largest Ethereum treasury firms, purchased 138,452 Ethereum tokens last week, raising its total holdings to 3.86 million ETH. This recent acquisition cost the firm approximately 435 million dollars and is recorded as the largest weekly purchase in at least a month.

The company's President Thomas Lee stated that the reasons for accelerating the company's accumulation strategy include the Ethereum Fusaka upgrade and the impacts of macroeconomic factors.
