In recent days, more than $584 million in positions have been liquidated in the cryptocurrency market. These liquidations, particularly affecting long positions, occurred in connection with low liquidity and sensitive risk perception.

Especially Bitcoin and Ethereum were the most affected assets. A significant portion of the liquidations took place on Binance, Bybit, and Hyperliquid exchanges, accounting for nearly three-quarters of the total liquidations.

This event illustrates how sensitive the market is to leverage practices. In the upcoming period, high volatility is expected to persist until spot demand strengthens.
