Bitcoin and Altcoins' Current Status: December 30 Analysis

The cryptocurrency market is experiencing significant fluctuations as of December 30. Bitcoin is currently trading at %3 lower, at a price of $97,199. Against the Turkish lira, Bitcoin's price is around 3,751,292 TL. Ethereum, which investors are closely watching, has also shown a similar trend, trading %3.2 lower at $2,942.

Among these declines, BNB (Binance Coin) has decreased by %1.6 to $850, Ripple (XRP) has fallen %2.2 to $1.86, and Dogecoin (DOGE) is trading at $0.123, down %3. Solana (SOL) has decreased %3.3 to $123.5, while TRON (TRX) has seen a slight increase of %0.3, reaching $0.285.

Among the prominent altcoins, Canton (CC) has shown an increase of %11.2 in the last 24 hours, rising to $0.1296. On the other hand, Quant (QNT) has decreased by %1.5, falling to $73.53. The dollar index (DXY) is hovering around 98.02. Bitcoin’s market capitalization is recorded at approximately $1.79 trillion, while the total value of the cryptocurrency market stands at around $3.121 trillion.

The 24-hour trading volume in the cryptocurrency market has reached approximately $82 billion. The dollar/TL opened the week at 42.93, while the Euro/TL exchange rate has reached 50.52. Additionally, in the cryptocurrency market, $169 million worth of liquidations occurred in the last 24 hours, affecting more than 69,000 investors. The percentage of liquidated positions that were long positions was %78.06, with Bitcoin (BTC) being the asset most affected by liquidations.
