"Bitcoin Binance Flows Reach Peak, Is This the Last Cleaning Signal?"

The surge in the inflow of Bitcoin (BTC) to the Binance exchange reaching a multi-month peak is being seen as a significant signal that the market is approaching the final stages of its correction. Following the extraordinary liquidations that took place at the beginning of October, a trend of risk aversion is re-emerging among investors. While some investors are moving to secure their profits and reduce their positions, this situation is particularly reflected in the daily Bitcoin amounts sent to Binance throughout October.

According to data shared by a CryptoQuant analyst, the 30-day moving average of Bitcoin sent to the exchange has reached approximately 7,500 Bitcoin per day. This rate indicates the highest exchange inflow seen since the correction in March. Despite the increasing inflow, Bitcoin's price is forming a healthy consolidation zone around 100,000 dollars. This situation suggests that the current selling pressure is being absorbed by strong demand.

On the other hand, it is also observed that the selling pressure is not only coming from long-term investors. Short-term investors (represented by STH) are also playing an active role in this process. This group, trading at an average price level of 112,000 dollars, has been making losses for the past month and has been sending Bitcoin to exchanges at a loss intensively in recent weeks. CryptoQuant analysts note that periods when STHs sell at a loss are generally considered cleansing phases in the past, stating that these phases suggest the end of cyclical corrections and the market's move towards a healthier state.

Historical data shows that in periods where the capitulation of short-term investors increases, the general market sellers weaken. This situation has the potential to open the doors to a new recovery in the future. Therefore, while current inflows may initially seem like they increase the selling pressure, they can be interpreted as the last tremors before a rise from a historical perspective. It is crucial for investors to continue monitoring these market dynamics to assess potential future price movements.
