Many companies listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange are starting the week with significant financial movements. Capital increases, business deals, changes in partnership structures and investment decisions stand out.

Financing and Capital Movements

  • #ALVES — 100 million TL bonds with a maturity of 94 days were issued. In addition, the decision to issue rental certificates up to 2 billion TL was announced.
  • #KRGYO — The capital is increased by 200% and increased from 330 million TL to 990 million TL. Adjusted share price 3,5333 TL.
