Binance Delists UXLINK Futures

The world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, has decided to remove futures for the UXLINK (UXLINK) altcoin from its platform. In an official statement today, it was announced that perpetual futures contracts for UXLINK traded on Tether (USDT) will be delisted on September 26, 2025. On this date, all open positions will be automatically closed and trading will be terminated completely.

It is emphasized that investors should close their UXLINK positions by 12:00 PM on September 26 in order to avoid potential risks. In addition, the ability to open new positions will be disabled as of 11:30 PM PT on the same day. Binance recommends that users carefully monitor their open positions.

Binance announced before the close that the Futures Insurance Fund will not be used and that any liquidations during this period will be reflected in a one-time Immediate or Cancel Order (IOCO). If this does not reduce the positions sufficiently, the remaining portions will be closed through the Auto-Deleveraging (ADL) process. Moreover, the exchange indicated that it may take additional safety steps against extremely volatile market conditions. These steps include changing the maximum leverage ratio, updating maintenance margins and introducing protection mechanisms.

It was an important milestone for UXLINK. Recently, the popular Web3 project UXLINK suffered a significant price drop after an attack on the Arbitrum network resulted in the minting of 1 billion tokens worth approximately $100 million. This led to a sharp drop of over 71% in the project's price. Following these developments, South Korea's leading exchanges have also placed UXLINK on a joint "trading alert" list.
