Binance announced 50 altcoins, the price rose.

The world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, has announced the fiftieth altcoin it will list as part of the HODLer Airdrop program. Launched to reward users, this campaign has drawn renewed interest from investors, resulting in a noticeable increase in the price of Walrus (WAL). In the last 24 hours, the price has risen approximately %10 from its lowest level.

According to the announcement published on Binance's official website, users who invest in Binance Coin (BNB) through Simple Earn and On-Chain Yields products between 03:00 on October 1, 2025 and October 4, 2025 (Turkey time) will be eligible for Walrus (WAL) airdrop rewards. Token distribution to the airdrop winners will be transferred to their spot wallets at least 1 hour before the transaction opening time.

The total reward amount to be distributed within this airdrop has been set at 32.5 million WAL. Additionally, a separate budget of 99.48 million WAL has been allocated for marketing campaigns following the listing. The total and maximum supply of the token will be 5 billion WAL, and trading pairs WAL/USDT, WAL/USDC, WAL/BNB, WAL/FDUSD, and WAL/TRY will start on October 10, 2025 at 10:30 (Turkey time).

At the time of listing, the circulating supply of Walrus (WAL) will be 1.47 billion WAL, which accounts for approximately %29.57 of the total supply. Walrus is introduced as a platform aiming to make data markets related to the artificial intelligence era more reliable, verifiable, commercializable, and secure. A research report containing more information about the token will be published within 48 hours of the announcement.

Binance's HODLer Airdrop program allows users to earn retroactive rewards based on their past Binance Coin (BNB) balances. Users who invest their BNB in Simple Earn or On-Chain Yields products can benefit from these rewards without having to perform any additional transactions.
