At Bien Yapı, major shareholder Nurullah Ercan has been consistently selling shares over the past month. This process began in the last week of August and continued until September 23. During this period, the shareholder gradually reduced his stake from %79.97 to %76.97. This situation has the potential to create selling pressure in the markets.

It has been noted that 24.8 million TL of the total fund has been utilized. However, these buybacks have not been observed to effectively stabilize the market or raise the share price.

The latest six-month financial statements of Bien Yapı indicate that sales have decreased by %21 and operating profit by %49. By the end of the period, the company’s loss reached 1.5 billion TL. For the company to return to a profitable structure, it is critical to achieve improvements on the balance sheet and experience developments in the sector that will act as catalysts.
