Berachain Network Suspended Due to Balancer Exploit

Berachain Network Temporarily Halted

Berachain validators decided to halt the network to address a security vulnerability related to the Balancer V2 exploit. This temporary halt allows for an emergency stop hard fork to be conducted, enabling the recovery of affected funds and isolation of compromised contracts.

As a result of the actions taken, approximately 12 million dollars worth of user funds were found to be at risk. This situation required a swift intervention to protect the assets.
