ATÜ Duty Free listed among the Best Employers for Women in 2025.

ATÜ Duty Free has achieved a significant success by being included in the "Best Employers for Women 2025" list prepared by the Great Place to Work Türkiye Institute. This list rewards companies in the Turkish business world that support female employees and contribute to their career development.

ATÜ Duty Free operates in partnership with TAV Airports and Unifree Duty Free/Gebr. Heinemann, and this year it has secured a place among 36 organizations out of 355 companies in a significant competitive environment. Notably, being one of the 13 companies competing in the 500+ employees category demonstrates the company's commitment to gender equality and female employment.

This research is based on the Trust Index Survey, which was conducted with the participation of more than 200,000 employees from all over the country.
