Anchorage Digital Acquires Securitize's RIA Platform

A Strategic Move in Investment Management

Anchorage Digital aims to expand its investment management business by acquiring the crypto platform Securitize For Advisors (SFA). This agreement strengthens the existing custody relationship with Securitize. SFA assets are held at Anchorage at a rate of 99%.

With this acquisition, Securitize will refocus on tokenization, contributing to Anchorage's expanding investment management offerings.
