Aksa Natural Gas, a subsidiary of Kazancı Holding, successfully completed the acquisition of the natural gas distribution company AGDAŞ, which operates in Adapazarı, from Erdem Holding.

Significant Increase in Subscriber Numbers

With this strategic acquisition, Aksa Natural Gas has increased its total subscriber count to 8.3 million. Considering that there are approximately 22 million gas subscribers in Turkey according to official data, Aksa Natural Gas's market share has approached 40%.
