Bitcoin Federal Tax Payments Coming to the U.S.

Representative Warren Davidson introduced a bill for Bitcoin in the United States. This bill envisions federal tax payments to be made in Bitcoin. Additionally, these payments are aimed to be directed towards the U.S. Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.

Previously, an executive order issued by President Trump allowed for the establishment of this reserve. However, it is likely that additional congressional actions will be required for the establishment of the reserve.
