Important Company Developments

• CVK Maden (CVKMD) has signed a new agreement with Metso Finland in cooperation with its subsidiary Aldridge Mineral, as part of the Yenipazar Polymetallic Mining Operation Project. This agreement covers the current situation analysis and engineering services for the project.
• Turkcell (TCELL) has won a total of 160 MHz of frequency in the 5G frequency allocation auction for 1.224 million dollars, obtaining the right to use this frequency until December 31, 2042. This marks another important step in the Turkish telecommunications sector.
• Türk Telekom (TTKOM) purchased frequency packages A3, B2, B7, and B8 in the 5G auction for 425, 209, 212, and 248 million dollars, respectively. These investments will strengthen the company’s 5G infrastructure.
• Link Bilgisayar (LINK) has delivered 2,500 Field Network Switches, and an additional 500, as part of a project with the General Directorate of Security. The total value of the transaction amounted to 18.15 million TL.
• Lila Kağıt (LILAK) announced the allocation of a new area for its factory investment in Erzurum.

Global and Local Market Overview

In global markets, a selling trend is observed due to the situation of the U.S. government and uncertainties in the banking sector. International Monetary Fund (IMF) President Kristalina Georgieva highlighted that the global economy is excessively imbalanced, and the dynamics of change have become unpredictable.

Domestically, the BIST 100 index started the day with a decline of 0.31%, opening at 10,338.24 points. The Central Bank's latest market participants survey indicated that the year-end CPI expectation has risen to 31.77%.

Gold prices have reached a historical peak, exceeding 4,300 dollars per ounce. During this period, gram gold hit a record of 5,902 lira. The dollar/TL continues to trade at 41.95 TL.
