CEO Change Announced at Borusan Group

Borusan Group has made an important executive appointment effective from April 2026. Erkan Kafadar, who has been the CEO of the Group since 2020, will hand over his position to Özgür Günaydın, the Chairman of the Executive Board of Borusan Cat.

Erkan Kafadar and Transition of Duties

Erkan Kafadar has been leading Borusan Group since January 2020 and will transfer his duties to Özgür Günaydın in April 2026. Kafadar will continue to contribute to the organization as a Managing Member of the Board of Directors of Borusan Holding and as a Board Member in various Borusan Group companies.

Who is Özgür Günaydın?

The newly appointed CEO, Özgür Günaydın, is a graduate of METU Mechanical Engineering and began his career in 1995 at Borusan Machinery and Power Systems as a Service Engineer. Günaydın has been serving as the Chairman of the Executive Board of Borusan Cat since 2017.
