Deputy Minister Batuhan Mumcu: We Have Set New Goals in Tourism.

The Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy made a comprehensive presentation regarding the 2026 budget at the Budget and Planning Commission of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Ersoy announced the $50 billion tourism revenue obtained during the January-September 2025 period to emphasize Turkey's success in the tourism sector. This revenue is critical for Turkey’s economic stability and the rise of tourism.

In a statement following the presentation, the Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Batuhan Mumcu stated that they would work decisively for the development of the sector. Mumcu expressed that Turkey's tourism potential would be further increased and mentioned that the ministry is developing various strategies.
