Deputy Minister Batuhan Mumcu: We Have Set New Goals in Tourism.

Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy made a comprehensive presentation regarding the 2026 budget at the Turkish Grand National Assembly’s Planning and Budget Committee. Ersoy announced the 50 billion dollars in tourism revenue achieved during the January-September 2025 period to emphasize Turkey’s success in the tourism sector. This revenue is critically important for Turkey’s economic stability and the rise of tourism.

In a statement following the presentation, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Batuhan Mumcu stated that they would work with determination to develop the sector. Mumcu expressed that Turkey’s tourism potential would be further increased and conveyed that they were developing various strategies as a ministry.
